		<description>Bren, if you can find it, Lyle's Golden Syrup should work. I found it in my store with the maple syrup. (Why it was mixed in with the maple syrup, I have no idea.) It's pure cane syrup that's already caramelised a bit. So it should actually give more flavour to the caramels rather than the flavourless corn syrup. It's also tasty enough on its own.</description>
